Service, friendliness of the staff and atmosphere = very courteous and friendly. PRICE-performance ratio = optimal.

Unfortunately we weren't very enthusiastic. The overall impression of the hotel looked a bit old and was a bit old-fashioned; We found the price-performance ratio (over 100 € for a double room) not appropriate. Cobwebs in the rooms, worn furniture, kitschy overall impression. Already early in the morning it was very loud on the street in front of the hotel and the shutters hardly darkened the room, already at 5 in the morning it was almost as bright as day. A 0.75 liter bottle of seltzer was ready in the room, which could be opened for the bold price of almost 4 €. We cannot rate the dinner as we ate out. The breakfast room seemed a bit dusty and the window sills were dirty (dead wasps and fly droppings), flies were flying around everywhere. The breakfast itself was solid and the offer was sufficient. The host wasn't unfriendly, but unfortunately not particularly warm either.

Very centrally located, only two minutes to the market square and town hall. Very nice hotel, good breakfast, spacious, bright rooms, parking lot right in front of the castle, so right in front of the door of the hotel. And we felt absolutely safe in Corona times.

In the middle of the Corona times, the catering industry is allowed to reopen carefully. The reception was appropriate to the circumstances. Face mask up to the table Dining room reduced to approx. 5 tables Small menu. I'm rather simple so the schnitzel laughed at me. And it should be a clod. Mine was delicious, well done, a little little sauce but ok. My wife, on the other hand, struggled with the fish. I cannot and do not want to judge that. I wouldn't have taken a fish here. 🤪 Anyway, everything went well and the service was also very attentive.

Once again ate dinner tonight. The schnitzel was fried to the point, the fresh chanterelles absolutely free of sand and delicious tasted. The rösti homemade and crispy. Really good.

Centrally located hotel. Nice personel. Clean rooms. Enjoy your meal. And all in one of the most beautiful and romantic places "Hann. Münden". Framed by Werra and Fulda at the origin of the Weser. 😉

Hotel restaurant, clean rooms, nice beer counter, very nice reception from the hotel boss, ideal location in the old town. Breakfast buffet fully okay. Parking lots available.

I have been a guest here for an overnight stay and also two family functions. The common component of those different visits was reliably friendly service. The owner is well known to go out of his way to be helpful (even when your children lock their keys in their room and you need to get back in). Breakfast also was very extensive and of excellent quality. This quality also extended to the food served at the two family events that were catered here. I can highly recommend this hotel!
